COMMUNAL CULTURE OF LIFE

PRIVACY

This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. The only personal data we receive is what you send through the contact form.

What we receive

Your email, your message, an optional place or community, the page language, the date and a reference number. The server briefly uses a hash of your IP address to limit abuse (at most 10 requests per hour); it is kept in memory for up to one hour.

Why

To receive your message, send a short receipt, let a person read and reply, and protect the form from spam and duplicates. The receipt is not an answer and promises no reply time.

Basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect earlier processing.

Where it goes

The request is kept on the site server and deleted automatically after 90 days unless it is being handled. A copy is kept in the project mailbox. A contact record with your email and message is created or updated in the project CRM so the conversation is not lost. We do not sell data or share it for advertising.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction, and withdraw consent. Write to hello@0118001.xyz and quote your reference number.

Security

Connections use HTTPS. Only authorised people can open the database, mailbox and CRM; access keys are kept in a secrets manager, not in the site code. Technical server logs may keep IP addresses for a limited time.

Courtyard notes

A note you leave in the Courtyard (nickname, optional place, text) becomes public after a quick check and stays until it is removed. Do not put personal contact details in it. If you leave an email for private messages, it is never shown and is used only to forward messages to you; you can switch it off with the link in each forwarded message. A private message is forwarded and then deleted from our server. To remove a note, write to us with its number.
